I'm a conflict management and career transition coach based in Texas, where I am also an attorney. Before transitioning into coaching and the legal profession, I spent two decades in New York, where I produced and consulted on numerous film projects and oversaw a film grant program at a global nonprofit.

As a coach, my role is to ask powerful questions that help clients gain clarity and uncover solutions aligned with their unique needs and goals. Whether supporting clients through career transitions or conflict management, I'm committed to helping them unlock their potential and move forward with confidence.
