ABOUT ME
Pelin Uzay
I am a conflict management and career transition coach based in Texas, where I am also an attorney. Before transitioning into coaching and the legal profession, I spent two decades in New York, studying and working in film. During that time, I produced and consulted on numerous film projects, was a partner and owner of two production companies, and oversaw a film grant program at a global nonprofit organization.
My coaching journey began with my interest in conflict management, where I discovered that effectively resolving conflicts and addressing injustices requires not only a focus on current issues but also personal growth and future possibilities. This insight has shaped my approach, emphasizing self-awareness, potential, and forward momentum.
As a coach, my role is to ask powerful questions that guide my clients toward insight and solutions that work best for them. Whether assisting with career transitions or conflict management, I am committed to helping my clients unlock their potential and move confidently toward their goals. I offer coaching services in both English and Turkish.
