Terms and Conditions

By submitting payment and booking your session(s), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. The coaching process does not include treatment, psychotherapy, counseling, advice, or guidance.

2. The information you provide during the coaching session(s) will be kept confidential and not be shared with third parties unless you authorize disclosure in writing, disclosure is required by court order or law, or you indicate a desire to harm yourself or others.

3. The coach may provide your name, email address, phone number, the start and end dates of the coaching relationship, and the number of coaching hours to the International Coaching Federation (ICF) to obtain or renew coaching credentials.

4. The session(s) will be one-on-one and held online. If you are paying for and booking multiple sessions, you should schedule no more than one session per week.

5. A session lasts no more than 50 minutes. If you arrive late, the session will continue for the remaining time.

6. You can cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the start of the session. If the cancellation notice is received at least 24 hours before the start of the session, a 97% refund will be issued for that session.

7. No refunds will be issued if the cancellation or rescheduling notice is received less than 24 hours before the start of the session or if the session is missed.

8. You may terminate the coaching relationship at any time by giving notice to the coach. The above cancellation and refund policies apply in the event of termination.

9. You assume all risks associated with the use of coaching services and waive all claims against Pelin Uzay Coaching & Consulting and your coach arising from your use of coaching services.

10. You release and indemnify Pelin Uzay Coaching & Consulting and your coach from all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or expense that you may suffer, arising out of your use of coaching services.
